2. What data we collect

• Data you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
• Data you provide when you hire a service, including identification documents and other documents needed for your procedure.
• Technical data needed for the website to work, such as your IP address and browser data in server logs.

Please do not send identity documents or sensitive information through the contact form. If we need them, we will tell you how to send them securely.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiry and sending you a quote: your request and the application of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Providing the service you hire: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to one year. Client data is kept for the duration of the service and afterwards for the periods required by law, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

We only share your data with public administrations when this is necessary to carry out the procedure you have hired, and with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, messaging), under the corresponding data processing agreements. Some providers, such as WhatsApp, may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. We do not sell your data.
