About Expat Welcome

Who we are

Expat Welcome is a service of Gestoría Beltrán Cifre SL, a Spanish gestoría that prepares and files administrative procedures for individuals and businesses. The Expat Welcome team works with foreigners every day: students, remote workers, retirees, families and people starting a business.

How we work

We work online with clients across Spain, by WhatsApp, phone and email, in English and Spanish. Forms, fee payments, appointment searches and file reviews do not depend on where you live. When you need someone with you at an appointment, we offer in-person support in Barcelona.

Every case starts with a short review. We tell you which procedure applies, what documents you need and what it will cost, in writing, before you pay. If something is outside what we do, we tell you.

What we will not do

• Promise appointment dates or outcomes that depend on the administration.
• Charge official fees as if they were ours: they are always shown separately.
• Start a procedure that does not fit your case just because it is the one you asked for.

Expat Welcome is a national brand. We also run Barcelona Expat for clients settling in Barcelona, and more local sites are on the way.
